2. Scope And Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to the Discord Game Activity Jojo40 and the related browser app. By using Jojo40, you agree to these Terms and to Discord's applicable terms, policies, and rules. If you do not agree, you may not use Jojo40.
3. Service Description
Jojo40 is a digital multiplayer card game that runs inside Discord Activity sessions and in browser test mode. Users in the same Discord Activity or room can join a room, play or spectate, and play a turn-based card game with Jojo40 cards, year chips, spectator seats, and optional bots.
Jojo40 is free. Features, availability, rules, rooms, game state, cards, year chips, and scoring may change or be temporarily unavailable.
4. Age Requirement And Drinking-Game Elements
Jojo40 may be used only by adults. The Activity contains alcohol or drinking-game elements, including group-shot and shot prompts. Jojo40 is for entertainment only, does not promote alcohol consumption, and does not require alcohol consumption. Do not use Jojo40 where use would be unlawful or inappropriate in your situation.
5. Discord Account And Access
Jojo40 uses Discord for identity, access, and activity context. There is no separate Jojo40 account. You are responsible for your Discord account and for actions taken through your Discord account while using Jojo40. Outside Discord, a local test mode with a local test identity may be used.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Jojo40 fairly, lawfully, and in line with Discord's rules.
- Use Jojo40 only for private, lawful, and fair multiplayer entertainment.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other users.
- Do not disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with Jojo40, backend services, room servers, or Discord interfaces.
- Do not use unauthorized bots, emulators, automation, modified clients, or third-party servers.
- Do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
- Do not remove or modify copyright, license, or credit notices.
7. User Conduct And Discord Communications
Users are responsible for their own conduct. Jojo40 does not provide its own chat, uploads, or user-generated content features. Messages, voice communication, and other communication through Discord outside Jojo40 are the responsibility of the relevant users and are governed by Discord's rules.
8. Abuse, Suspension, And Termination
Access to Jojo40 may be restricted, ended, or technically interrupted where needed for operation, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of other users. In an emergency, a running room process may be terminated; this ends the game and deletes volatile in-memory data.
9. No Payments, No Gambling
Jojo40 has no paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, donations, payment links, real-money features, betting, prizes, loot boxes, or gambling.
10. Support And Reports
Support requests, bug reports, security concerns, and abuse reports can be sent to jojo40.support@i3oot.de. Please include a short description, the relevant Discord server/channel/room context, the approximate time, and involved Discord user IDs where available.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what data Jojo40 processes, how long data is stored, and how privacy requests can be made.
12. Rights And Licenses
Jojo40, game content, source code, assets, and documentation are owned by their respective rights holders. Notices for included libraries, fonts, images, and sound effects are available in the Third-Party Notices.
13. Availability And Warranty
Jojo40 is provided without a promise of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without express or implied warranties. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Liability
Liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health is governed by statutory law. In all other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes
These Terms may be updated if Jojo40, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. Material changes will be published on this page.
